Three businesses spent decades solving different halves of the same problem. This is what happened when they stopped working separately.

Projukti International had spent 27 years placing radiotherapy and nuclear-medicine systems in the country's cancer centres and defence hospitals. 4D Solution had built something rarer — an engineering department that could actually install, commission and service what it imported. Global Health BD brought a practising clinician into the room, and with him a view of what equipment has to do once it reaches a patient.

Separately, each could answer part of what a hospital needed. None could answer all of it. Biotech Associates exists so that a buyer deals with one contact rather than three, and an international manufacturer deals with one partner rather than choosing between them.

The relationships, the engineering capacity and the institutional access were all built before this company existed. What is new is that they now sit in one place.
