Our in-house engineering team — built up over more than a decade at 4D Solution and responsible for roughly 56 installations nationwide — handles siting, assembly, calibration, acceptance testing and formal handover. We do not subcontract this to a third party who has never seen the machine before.

Clinical & technical training
User training for clinicians, technologists and biomedical engineers.
Advanced equipment is only as good as the confidence of the person operating it. We provide user training at handover and refresher sessions afterwards, covering both clinical use and first-line technical troubleshooting for in-house biomedical staff.
